Every day – whatever the weather, there are several animal-based activities supervised by our staff.
These are fun, educational, and hands-on!
Animal Handling
We all love to get nose-to-nose with nature and our animal nursery offers the perfect opportunity for all ages to handle baby rabbits, guinea pigs, chicks, ducklings, and small rodents in a safe and friendly setting. The perfect place to introduce your little ones to new animals.
Feeding The Paddock Animals
Pouches of animal food can be purchased from our entrance hut – these pouches allow you to feed our paddock animals on your walk around the farm.
Bottle Feeding
From Easter to June, this fun activity is very popular with visitors to take part in or just watch. Bottle feeding takes place at regular times throughout the day during these months. Children will love to get close to the goats and lambs and have a great hands-on experience.
Fort Evergreens Miniature Unicorn Starlight
Once upon a time a little boy and a little girl dreamt of meeting a real-life Unicorn…. At Fort Evergreen, dreams can come true!
