Our party package ensures a day filled with excitement, laughter, and cherished memories. As the birthday adventure begins, little ones and their friends will have access to the plethora of indoor and outdoor activities that Fort Evergreen has to offer.

Our expansive indoor soft play area allows kids to let their imaginations run wild, climbing, sliding, and exploring in a safe and vibrant environment. Animal enthusiasts are in for a treat as they embark on a journey to the nursery, where they can interact with adorable baby animals, try their hand at bottle feeding, and even participate in engaging animal handling sessions.

The prehistoric thrills continue with a stroll through the Jurassic Walk and Dino Dig, offering an exciting glimpse into the world of dinosaurs. Young palaeontologists can uncover fossils and learn about the fascinating creatures that once roamed the earth.

For an outdoor adventure, the animal paddocks provide an opportunity to observe and interact with a variety of animals in a natural setting. The pedal toy tractor activity adds an extra layer of fun, allowing the birthday child and their friends to play on their mini tractors.

When it's time to refuel, visit your own reserved party table in the Party Barn. Here, surrounded by the rustic charm of Fort Evergreen, guests can enjoy delicious treats and refreshments as they celebrate the birthday child's special day.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many people can I invite?

Our party package is for up to 15 children with 1 free accompanying adult per child attending the party. You are welcome to invite more but a charge of £10 per child will apply. (Each additional child can have 1 free accompanying adult) Adults without a child are charged £10 per person. A guest list will be provided, which must be filled in and sent back a minimum of 48 hours before the party.
I have some babies coming – do they pay?

Children under 1 years old are free
How do I book?

We require a £75 deposit to book the date. The balance must be paid on arrival. You can book by messaging us on Facebook, via our contact us form above or emailing fortevergreentrips@gmail.com. We will send a link to your email for the party deposit payment. Once received, we will confirm your booking. We ask that party deposits are paid within 5 working days of making the booking.
When can we arrive?

You are welcome to arrive 10 minutes before your party begins to get ready for your party. The party table is reserved for 1hour 45minutes. We ask that you remove all your belongings & vacate the table after this period as our team will need to prepare for the next party arriving. You are welcome to stay on the farm after your party is over, but you will no longer have access to the party table.
What is the party cancellation policy?

If we need to cancel the party booking, your deposit will be returned in full. If you cancel the booking with 2 weeks or more notice, the deposit will be returned. If you cancel the booking with less than 2 weeks notice we are unable to return the deposit.
Does the price include food?

No, food is an additional £5 per child and is paid separately on the day. We have various food options available for adults too. When you arrive please complete the party menu & visit our hot food kiosk to order & pay for your food within the first 30 minutes after arrival.
What about decorations and balloons?

You are welcome to bring extra decorations if you wish. Some parents bring a large balloon for the birthday child’s chair. You are welcome to bring tablecloths, plates, napkins for your cake. Table confetti is not permitted. No third-party decorators are permitted. If you have ordered hot food from us, kid's meals will come in boxes with jugs of juice/cups. Adult food will have appropriate cutlery.
Can I bring my own sandwiches?

Yes, picnics are welcome. However only hot food bought from our premises is allowed on site. Alcohol is not permitted.
Where do the children eat?

The children eat in our party areas outside or indoors depending on the weather.
What about the weather?

Rain never stops our parties from happening as we have outdoor and indoor activities which are under cover. All we ask is that you leave your best party clothes at home, dress for the day and get stuck in!
Can we make full use of Fort Evergreen?

Yes! Birthday parties can make full use of all the facilities and play areas. Barrel Train Ride tickets can be purchased from the driver at the train location and they cost £2 per child.
